The previous homeowners completely went away with the original doorbell system that came with our house, so we had to run new wiring, install a new transformer, etc. We also had to buy a new chime, but the thought of buying a small little electric box chime to fill in that large nook was not attractive. So we decided to go back in time with these elegant chimes. Installation was simple and the sound is authentic. Our recessed niche looked so empty before. The chime works great with the Nest Hello Video Doorbell. Thank you ElectraChime for filling my niche!!
