Refund Policy

Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items returned in damaged or altered condition and/or without original packaging will be subject to a reduced credit depending on received condition.  Missing components will reduce the amount of your refund. Refund amounts are determined by ElectraChime.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Wherever possible, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually the next business day. 

Your refund will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase. If you paid via a Paypal account, the refund will be issued through Paypal. In some circumstances, refunds will be made by check or money order. 

Please contact your credit card company after your refund is processed.  it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact info@electrachime.com for shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an ElectraChime door chime,  please use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.
